Setting up a Pay Class with Consecutive Day OT
The Consecutive Day tab allows you to define how overtime will be calculated if an employee works a specific number of days in a row. The consecutive day rules will override any regular and overtime pay codes. Up to three rules can be defined that will be applied in succession; i.e. after 7 days, then after 10 days, and finally after 15 days. Please NoteThese advanced Consecutive Day settings are only available in the Enterprise version of PayClock Online.

- From the slide out menu select Pay Class.
- Choose the pay class you wish to work with in the list. If you need to set up a new pay class select + New.

- Go to the Consecutive Day tab.
- Under the Consecutive Rule 1 column, select Apply This Rule. Additional settings will display.
- At After This Many Days, choose the number of days an employee must work in a row before the rule will be applied. For example, if an employee receives consecutive day overtime on the 7th day select 6.
